Plot

Frederic Lansing, a struggling writer, seeks creative inspiration during his stay at a lighthouse in Hellview, Oregon. Unbeknownst to him, the lighthouse is haunted by the restless spirit of Venetia, a woman who took her life a century ago and is determined to inhabit Frederic to reach her long-dead husband, Captain Howdy. As Howdy's ghost wreaks havoc, claiming victims, two inept scientists arrive to uncover the lighthouse's dark past and put an end to the supernatural chaos engulfing the quaint town.
