Plot

James May has long harbored dreams of becoming an astronaut. Four decades after the historic Apollo missions, he seizes the opportunity to soar to the edge of space aboard a U2 spy plane. However, this thrilling adventure requires intense preparation, as he endures three challenging days of training with the US Air Force and learns to navigate the complexities of a space suit vital for survival in the perilous thin atmosphere. During his ascent, May finds himself at an exhilarating height, with only two other souls above him—actual astronauts aboard the International Space Station.
