Plot

After waking up from a seizure, Englishman Adam finds himself far from home and alarmingly minus a kidney. His investigation leads him to a dubious pharmaceutical company named Phenal, which he suspects is orchestrating a sinister conspiracy against him. As his paranoia intensifies, Adam struggles to discern friend from foe, realizing he cannot trust anyone in his quest for the truth. With each revelation, the stakes rise, pushing him further into a web of deceit and danger that threatens his very survival.
