Plot

Frosty the Snowman appears wherever he's most needed, and Evergreen definitely needed a visit. Mayor Tinkerton runs the town with strict rules, leaving no room for talk of magic or nonsense. But when Frosty rolls through, he shows the local kids that magic truly exists. Tinkerton's sons, Charlie and Tommy, along with friends Sarah and Walter, try to share Frosty's joyful, magical antics but face opposition from the sneaky principal Hank Pankley. In the end, goodness prevails, and all of Evergreen happily discovers that magic is real and fun belongs to everyone.
