Plot

A relentless killer seeks vengeance against a top-tier team of Special Crimes Agents led by Eddie Cook and Vinnie Rizzo. After escaping from prison, the merciless hitman Makoto teams up with his alluring and dangerous partner to eliminate the agents responsible for their incarceration.
