Plot

U.S. federal agent Leon S. Kennedy infiltrates the East Slavic Republic to investigate allegations of Bio-Organic Weapons (BOWs) being deployed in the ongoing civil war, amidst rising tensions between the U.S. and Russia. Just as he begins his mission, the government commands him to abort and evacuate. Undeterred by the directive, Leon dives into the chaos of battle, driven by a fierce determination to expose the truth and put an end to the devastation wrought by the BOWs.
