Plot

Following nuclear experiments, monstrous mutant ants emerge in the arid landscapes of the American southwest. A dedicated father-daughter entomologist duo teams up with the state police officer who initially uncovers the threat, an FBI agent, and eventually the US Army. Together, they race against time to eliminate these terrifying creatures before their rampage extends beyond the region and threatens the entire world.
