Plot

Three retired sea captains share a dilapidated home, struggling to find a way out of their financial woes. They hatch a plan to find a bride for one of them by placing an ad in a Boston newspaper. The unfortunate winner of a coin toss is tasked with marrying and accommodating the other two as boarders. However, when a woman from Nantucket arrives, the captains begin to hesitate, questioning their decision and the implications of their unconventional arrangement. Tensions rise as they confront their fears and desires amidst the chaos of their lives.
