Plot

Struggling actor Chih-Wen, portrayed by Michael Hui, finds himself trapped in an unfavorable eight-year contract with MTV Studios, having only had one chance to perform live. When a rival company offers him a more lucrative five-year deal with greater opportunities, he sees a way out. However, his existing contract prevents him from accepting. Joined by his aspiring scientist brother, Ricky Hui, and magician Shih-Chieh (Sam Hui), Chih-Wen concocts a daring plan to steal his contract back from his unscrupulous manager, igniting a comedic quest for freedom and success.
