Plot

Moro returns to Alma Ata seeking to reclaim money owed to him but encounters an unexpected setback. During this time, he reconnects with his ex-girlfriend, Dina, only to learn she has fallen into the grips of morphine addiction. Determined to rescue her, Moro vows to help Dina overcome her dependency while simultaneously confronting the local drug mafia that ensnares her. His greatest challenge comes in the form of "the doctor," the ruthless kingpin profiting from Dina's suffering, leading to a tense showdown between their conflicting worlds.
