Plot
Bill Roberts, portrayed by Dana Andrews, is an American radio commentator in Berlin, navigating the tense atmosphere before Pearl Harbor. Disturbed by the Nazi regime's atrocities, he aims to warn his audience through cleverly coded messages. As the Gestapo catches wind of his intentions, they deploy the enchanting spy Karen Hauen, played by Virginia Gilmore, to monitor him. However, upon uncovering that her father, Erwin Kaiser, is supplying Roberts with crucial information, Hauen chooses to defy the Nazis and allies with Roberts in his courageous mission to expose the looming threat.
