Plot

Danny, a fighter born into slavery, is accustomed to battling for his life. His owner, Bart, treats him like a pet, even going so far as to collar him to profit from underground fight clubs, where Danny is the star. After Bart's crew suffers a car crash, Danny seizes the opportunity to flee and encounters a compassionate blind piano tuner. This gentle man welcomes him into his home and employs the power of music to awaken the fighter's suppressed emotions and help him reclaim his humanity.
