Plot
Beneath the streets of New York City, a five-year-old girl and her mother have made their home in the forgotten subway tunnels, sharing their lives with a community of outcasts. When a police eviction disrupts their fragile existence, they are thrust into the harshness of a frigid winter night above ground. Driven by the hope of returning to their underground haven, they battle the elements and the dangers of the city, facing a chaotic struggle for safety and survival.
