Plot

In need of a replacement for the oppressive head of the "Tout pour le camping" factory, Hector Grofenol, a team of workers turns to his cousin Achille, a shepherd from Provence, believing he can be easily manipulated. However, Achille embraces his new position as CEO with unexpected enthusiasm and ambition. Fortunately, the resourceful secretary Martine steps in, using her wit and charm to temper Achille's burgeoning desire for control and guide him through the corporate landscape.
