The Invincible Eight (1971)

Plot

Each day, General Xiao and his troops ride through the Imperial City, forcing the locals to flee from their path. When Lei attempts to assassinate Xiao but gets injured, three fighters—He, Jiao, and Feng—bravely come to his aid. With the help of Zhu, a cook, He manages to escape while the others are captured. Later, He meets a girl named Gui, and along with two other girls, Hai and Jiang, they discover they are all descendants of recently slain patriotic generals. Gui suspects that Hai and Jiang are under Xiao’s influence and sneaks into his estate, where she finds the girls but is caught herself. When Wan, Xiao’s butler, pressures him to eliminate Hai and Jiang, Jiang overhears and makes a desperate attempt to save her friends. Ultimately, the group unites and prepares to confront General Xiao and his men.
