Plot
Set in Washington state, a seemingly stable upper-middle-class family grapples with personal failures and hidden truths. Charley, 26, harbors resentment towards his father, Edward, while struggling to find his own path while living at home. Meanwhile, his younger brother, Tom, has just left college and returned, bringing his volatile girlfriend, Marriet, into the mix. As Marriet seeks to integrate into the family, her presence only exacerbates the tensions, revealing the cracks in their already fragile household dynamic.
