Plot
In the harsh expanse of the Gobi Desert in Mongolia, an oil rig’s lack of productivity prompts a crew to shut it down and arrange for their evacuation. During their flight to Beijing on a C-119 Flying Boxcar, Capt. Frank Towns and co-pilot A.J. encounter a fierce sandstorm that forces them to crash-land in an uncharted desert area. Stranded, the pilots, along with a group of oil workers and a drifter, must band together to repair their plane. As supplies dwindle and they face threats from ruthless smugglers, their fight for survival intensifies.
