Plot

In "The Last Unicorn," a unicorn encounters a riddle-telling butterfly who reveals that she may be the last of her species, with the Red Bull having driven the others away. Driven by curiosity and a desire to uncover the truth, she embarks on a quest. Along the way, she meets Schmendrick, a somewhat inept magician, and Molly Grue, a middle-aged woman who has longed to see a unicorn. Together, they venture far beyond their familiar surroundings, ultimately reaching the lair of the sinister King Haggard in search of answers.
