Plot

A saboteur is hiding on the USS Carolina, and Lt. Tom Randolph is on a mission to uncover the traitor. After a groundbreaking electric firing device is tampered with, a crew member is found dead, escalating the tension. To prevent the murderer from escaping, the captain seals off the ship, leaving foreign dignitaries, corporate henchmen, and Tom’s girlfriend, Betty, all aboard as potential suspects.
