Plot
Police lieutenant Thom Randall’s life takes a dark turn when his girlfriend, Dr. Jen Allen, works alongside Dr. Aaron Michaels at Bellion, a pharmaceutical company trying to combat the deadly Guinin infection. A convict Thom previously apprehended becomes a test subject but escapes, leading to dire consequences. After exposure to radiation from a reactor used on mosquitoes, the convict transforms into a monstrous creature that preys on victims. As Thom and his partner, Charlie Morrison, race against time to understand the chaos unfolding, Jen begins to experience alarming changes herself, threatening their lives further.
