Plot
Ogden Spencer Trulow III, a rich kleptomaniac, began his life of theft after being rejected by a girl. His therapist suggests that finding a new romantic interest might be the key to his recovery. He soon becomes infatuated with Sally Martin, who is unwittingly involved with a gang planning to steal an expensive necklace. The situation becomes even more chaotic when two barely-dressed individuals, one intoxicated, find themselves precariously hanging from the edge of a skyscraper, all while a large group of criminals pursues the coveted jewels.
