Plot

Brad Collins, a former lumberjack, teams up with mining engineer Grady Mathews when they discover uranium in Colorado's badlands. While Grady stays behind to protect their claim, Brad heads to town to register it and unexpectedly marries Jean Williams. Upon returning, he discovers Jean's past connection to Grady, who is less than thrilled. Feeling betrayed, Grady teams up with a con artist to undermine Brad’s burgeoning mining enterprise, setting the stage for a tense rivalry fueled by ambition and personal betrayal.
