Plot

Aboard a riverboat en route to Creek City, singer Jimmie Davis is set to inherit half of a land development business from his late uncle. Sharing a cabin with charming traveling salesman Dixie Dalrymple, Jimmie is drawn into a concert Dixie organizes for fellow passengers. However, things take a turn when he gets involved in a rigged card game orchestrated by Judge Homer Kenworthy and his crew. Thanks to Dixie's timely help, Jimmie emerges victorious and boldly confronts the gamblers, accusing them of deceit.
