Plot

Hugo, a boy enchanted by elves, faces ridicule from his classmates. In an effort to fit in, he attempts to suppress his love for the magical. During a Christmas getaway with his family, he stumbles upon a hidden world where elves reside in the hotel. Torn between his desire to mature and his compassion, Hugo becomes captivated by Sne, an elf girl searching for her lost parents. She dreams of returning home but struggles to make the reindeer fly since she hasn’t mastered magic. Hugo must decide whether to embrace his true self and help her.
