Plot

In the kingdom of Ruritania, the upcoming marriage between Queen Regina and Prince Wolfram is thrown into chaos when the prince unexpectedly falls for Patricia Kelly, a lovely orphan living at a convent. He kidnaps her and brings her to the palace, but the queen soon forces Patricia to leave. After a failed suicide attempt, Patricia reluctantly agrees to her unscrupulous aunt's plan to marry her off to an old rogue. However, Wolfram is determined and tracks Patricia down to her new residence in East Africa.
