Plot
Amidst the turmoil of World War II in Italy, a doctor, portrayed by Crawford, grapples with the grief of losing his son to German forces. Stripped of joy, he carries on as a physician for the occupying army. In a moment of defiance, he launches a bomb into a gathering of German troops, resulting in significant casualties. This act of rebellion catches the attention of the commanding Nazi officer, who begins to suspect the doctor’s involvement. Tension mounts as the officer confronts him, aware of his actions and the implications that follow.
