Plot

Prudence McCoy, a seasoned host of a beloved household tips show, finds her traditional format threatened when a new tycoon acquires the network. His son, Michael Merchant, is tasked with revitalizing the program, bringing along studio executive and Prue's former flame, Jack Jameson. Their plan includes a complete makeover and the introduction of Angelica Adams, a bubbly weather presenter who idolizes Prue. In response, Prudence devises her own bold strategy to reclaim her show and maintain her unique charm amidst the chaos of modernization and youthful competition.
