Plot

In the lawless region of Congotanga, West Africa, foreign gangsters, led by Carl Rittner, manipulate the local government. When the latest flight from Europe brings the beautiful Louise Whitman, who is escaping a murder accusation in France, her fate intertwines with that of hitman O'Connell, hired by the sinister Mannering to eliminate her. As events unfold, Louise, O'Connell, and brave surveyor David Carr find themselves stranded in the jungle during Carr's mission to establish Congotanga's actual borders—something Rittner is determined to control for his own interests.
