Plot
A couple heads to a rundown Eastern European hospital for cosmetic surgery, with the woman seeking a breast reduction and her mother in tow for another facelift. While exploring a deserted ward, the boyfriend discovers a young woman bound to an operating table, a victim of a failed experimental treatment. In his attempt to rescue her, he unknowingly unleashes a virus, transforming doctors, patients, and his mother-in-law into ravenous zombies. What begins as a quest for beauty quickly spirals into a nightmare, as survival becomes the only priority in this gruesome scenario.
