Plot
Alice, a young woman from the Swiss Alps, ventures to the bustling beaches of Beirut in the 1950s. There, she meets Joseph, an eccentric astrophysicist with dreams of launching Lebanon's first astronaut into space. Their romance blossoms, and Alice seamlessly integrates into his family. However, their idyllic life is shattered when the civil war looms, casting a shadow over their paradise and testing their love amidst the chaos that ensues. The film captures the beauty of love and the cruel realities of conflict, set against the backdrop of a changing Lebanon.
