Plot

New York event planner Whitney Kennison (Tiya Sircar) returns to Chicago for a long-awaited Christmas with her grandmother, Frances (Diane Ladd). Eager to share cherished family traditions, Frances gifts Whitney a box of valuable Christmas ornaments. However, a mix-up leads Whitney to accidentally toss the box away. Determined to restore the holiday spirit, Frances orchestrates a playful scavenger hunt, guiding Whitney on a journey to rediscover the true meaning of Christmas. Along the way, Whitney not only recovers the ornaments but also uncovers romance and valuable life lessons from her wise grandmother.
