Plot
In "Deliverance," outdoor enthusiast Lewis Medlock is eager to experience the beauty of the Cahulawassee River before it is submerged by a massive dam project. He invites his friends on an adventurous river-rafting expedition through the perilous wilderness of the American backcountry.
