Plot

Drawing inspiration from actual wartime diaries, this film chronicles the experiences of the Swedish-speaking Finns in infantry regiment 61. Set against the backdrop of the Continuation War from 1942 to 1944, the narrative traces their journey from Syväri to the Karelian Isthmus, where they engaged in some of the most intense and brutal confrontations with the Soviet Union.
