The Simian Line (2001)

Plot

During a Halloween gathering hosted by Katharine, a psychic named Arnita makes a bold prediction: one of the three couples present will split by year's end. The guests dismiss her warning, unaware that she also sees a long-deceased couple, Mae and Edward, among them. As time passes, Katharine's jealousy over her boyfriend Rick's flirtation with their neighbor Sandra intensifies. Sandra, however, is married to Paul, while musicians Marta and Billy share the same building as Katharine, adding to the tension and complexities of love and relationships in this unique improvisational film.
