Plot

Ma Wing Jing and his brother Ma Tai Chueng arrive in Shanghai during the tumultuous end of the Qin Dynasty, eager to carve out their success. After saving gangster Tam Sei’s life, Wing Jing is rewarded with ownership of a nightclub. However, their newfound fortune attracts the attention of a rival gangster eager to seize control. Amid rampant corruption and brutality, Wing Jing and Tam Sei find themselves not only fighting against rival gangs but also contending with corrupt police, leading to a violent struggle for survival and power in the city.
