Hawk's Vengeance (1996)

Plot

Eric Hawke, a former British Marine, finds himself drawn into a dark underworld following his policeman brother's funeral. Unbeknownst to Eric, his brother had been investigating a string of kidnappings and murders linked to a local Asian gang. As clues emerge, suspicion falls on a rival Nazi white supremacist group, but his brother's partner, Lizzie, believes a more significant conspiracy is at play, involving the notorious crime boss Garr. With the body count rising, Eric, Lizzie, and young gang member Lipo Chung must race against time to uncover the chilling truth before more victims disappear.
