Plot

Williamson stars as a determined cop known as 'Soda Cracker', haunted by the assassination of his partner. He suspects old nemesis Ivan Moss, portrayed by Bo Svenson, is behind the murder. Undeterred by threats from both the mob and his own department, he relentlessly pursues justice. Alongside him is a new police partner, played by Maud Adams, who develops romantic feelings amid their dangerous investigations. As Soda Cracker navigates a web of potential corruption within the force, he strives to dismantle the criminal network and gather evidence against Moss.
