Plot
In "Hridayapoorvam," Sandeep, a middle-aged bachelor recovering from a heart transplant, journeys to Pune for the engagement of Haritha, the daughter of his heart donor. However, the engagement falls apart unexpectedly, and on the same day, Sandeep suffers a back injury, which leads him to remain in Pune for several weeks. He finds himself staying at the home of the adventurous Colonel, his heart donor, where he navigates new challenges and emotions while reflecting on life, love, and the gift of a second chance.
