Plot

Peter van Eyck plays Droste, a seemingly unassuming businessman with a past as a WWII intelligence officer. A chance encounter with his former ally, Baron Von Straub (Christopher Lee), reignites their friendship, but quickly spirals into chaos. When Von Straub requests Droste to transport a mysterious package to a contact in West Germany, he unwittingly becomes embroiled in a web of espionage.
