Plot
Thomas, an awkward Native American storyteller on his reservation, struggles to find his place among peers. After losing his parents in a tragic fire in 1976, he was rescued by Arnold, who later abandoned Thomas and his family. Meanwhile, Victor, Arnold's son, has lived for a decade without his father. Upon learning of Arnold's passing, Thomas steps forward, offering financial support for Victor's journey to retrieve his father's ashes. Together, they embark on a road trip that uncovers truths about family, identity, and the bonds that tie them to their heritage.
