Plot

Popeye and Bluto find themselves in a heated presidential race. As election day unfolds, the results hang in the balance with a tie, leaving Olive Oyl as the sole voter. However, Olive refuses to cast her ballot until she finishes her household chores. This sets off a fierce competition between Popeye and Bluto, each vying to outdo the other in completing her tasks. The humorous rivalry escalates as both contenders strive to win Olive’s favor and ultimately the presidency.
