Plot

After a deranged killer known for his gruesome tooth collection breaks free from a mental institution, a group of teachers on a retreat in the mountains face a terrifying nightmare. As they navigate the rugged terrain, they become targets in a deadly game of cat and mouse, with the escaped lunatic stalking them one by one. Tension mounts as their idyllic getaway transforms into a fight for survival against the horrifying legacy of the Tooth Fairy. Each encounter escalates the danger, leaving the teachers desperate to escape the clutches of a remorseless predator.
