Plot

Madison McBride, still haunted by her father's madness and her brother Brandon's recent suicide, enrolls at Richard Miller University, the very site of her brother's tragic end, hoping to confront her past. As she navigates campus life, she encounters the eccentric janitor Wilbur Mackey, who warns her of the university's dark history and its haunting presence.
