Plot
Set in the early 1980s amidst the burgeoning Norwegian Oil Boom, Pioneer follows professional diver Petter as he embarks on a high-stakes mission to access vast oil deposits beneath the North Sea. With determination and skill, he dives into depths of 500 meters, eager to prove himself. However, a catastrophic accident turns his world upside down, plunging him into a treacherous situation where he struggles to discern the true intentions of those in charge. As Petter navigates this perilous journey, he comes to realize the grave danger he faces, both professionally and personally.
