Plot

A homeless man stumbles upon the gruesome murder of a teenage girl in Rome, prompting Inspector Olmi to employ his notorious, heavy-handed tactics to uncover the truth. His relentless pursuit uncovers a web of corruption involving high-ranking officials. However, when his aggressive methods inadvertently result in the death of an innocent person, the authorities seize the chance to reassign him to a tranquil coastal town, where romance seems possible. Yet, as Olmi settles in, he realizes that beneath the calm surface, sinister activities abound, forcing him to resort to his old ways of investigation.
