Plot
In "For Richer or Poorer," affluent New Yorkers Brad Sexton and his wife, Caroline, face turmoil both in their marriage and finances. Their troubles escalate when they find out their accountant has stolen millions, implicating them in the crime. To escape the IRS, they flee to a rural Amish community in Pennsylvania, adopting false identities as members of the community. As they immerse themselves in the straightforward Amish way of life, Brad and Caroline rediscover their bond and learn valuable lessons about love and simplicity amid their chaotic circumstances.
