Plot

In the bustling streets of New York City, Skip McCoy, a brazen pickpocket, unwittingly ignites a dangerous situation after swiping a wallet from Candy, a former prostitute. What Skip doesn't realize is that Candy has been involved in a covert operation, delivering sensitive information to communist agents. As the FBI closes in on her, hoping to capture the elusive spy mastermind, Candy's ex-boyfriend, Joey, sends her on a mission to reclaim the crucial microfilm now in Skip's possession, setting off a tense game of cat and mouse that could have explosive consequences.
