Plot

“Looking for Lola” humorously explores the lengths people go to for love. Mike (Mark Kassen), a hopeful writer in L.A., fabricates tales of success and riches to appease his parents. Meanwhile, Lola (Ara Celi), an aspiring dancer stuck caring for her shady boss's mansion due to her undocumented status, encounters Mike. Their chance meeting sparks a whirlwind of deception as each spins elaborate stories to impress the other. However, chaos ensues when their parents plan a visit, forcing the couple to hilariously maintain their charade amidst mounting pressure.
