Plot

High-born Indian warrior Squanto hails from a coastal tribe fiercely dedicated to hunting and territorial battles. His world is irrevocably altered when an English ship arrives, sent by the profit-driven Sir George. Captured along with other tribesmen, Squanto endures the brutal treatment of the arrogant crew, who view them as inferior. After a harrowing encounter with a bear in a circus, he manages a daring escape. Seeking refuge in a nearby monastery, Squanto's protector struggles to shield him from suspicion, but the relentless pursuit of Sir George's men soon threatens their fragile sanctuary.
