Plot

Drawing inspiration from a beloved manga, this Japanese romantic comedy centers on Kotoko, an endearingly clumsy high school girl, and her aloof yet brilliant senior, Naoki. After a public rejection of her heartfelt confession, Kotoko faces an unexpected twist when her home is destroyed. She and her father are welcomed into the home of Mr. Irie, an old family friend. To her surprise, Mr. Irie's son is none other than Naoki, thrusting them into close quarters and reigniting her hopes for romance amid their quirky living situation.
